Early Harvest - Picked on Good Friday, from Leccino olive trees, this oil is robust and full bodied.

A fabulous green in colour, wonderful over pasta or other warm food.

Late Harvest - Picked a month later, this mellow oil has richness of flavour, without a trace of bitterness. Delicious on a salad, or for dipping.
