Table Olives

These big ripe and juicy Kalamata Olives are prepared  with a natural fermentation method, using just salt and water. No harmful chemicals are used in the process. The olives are washed after harvest, and laid down immediately, to ensure top quality fruit.

They are bottled in a brine and red wine vinegar solution, with dried herbs added. They will keep in the jar for up to one year without any loss of flavour. After opening, keep refrigerated.
